SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY CASES

    Unfortunately, many of those people fall through the cracks in the Social Security system. When disability has been denied, call the Willard Hall Firm. The firm can probably help. Your case will be carefully screened, and if accepted, Willard Hall will put your case before an Administrative Law Judge. Because the firm does screen its cases, it wins the vast majority of Social Security cases it handles.

    The legal fee is 25 per-cent of the back-due benefits, up to a maximum set by law. This means the client pays only if the case is won. Willard Hall is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR).
